Booking, Service & Safety Policy

To protect your experience and our therapists’ time, please review these terms before booking.

Important: Online bookings require full prepayment. Prepaid bookings are non-refundable for cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment time or for no-shows.

1) Booking & Cancellation

Full Prepayment

All online appointments require full payment in advance to secure your reservation. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

Non-Refundable Window

Payments are non-refundable for cancellations or rescheduling within 2 hours of the appointment time, or for no-shows.

Changes

If you need to make changes, please contact us with in 2 hours of the appointment time We will do our best to accommodate schedule adjustments when adequate notice is provided.

2) Session Duration & Arrival

  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in, consultation, and preparation.
  • Sessions begin at the scheduled appointment time. Late arrival may shorten your hands-on time to respect the next appointment.
  • Session time includes consultation and preparation before hands-on work begins. (This helps us provide a safe, personalized experience.)

3) Health Intake Form

Required

New clients must complete our Health Intake Form before the first session. Clients returning after 6+ months must complete an updated form.

Complete Intake Form Takes about 2–3 minutes.

Safety Notice

Please disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy so we can tailor your session safely. Your information is kept confidential and used only to provide appropriate service.

4) Professional Conduct & Safety

Professional Services Only

All services are strictly professional and focused on wellness and therapeutic bodywork. We do not provide any inappropriate or non-therapeutic services.

Respectful Environment

We maintain a calm, positive environment. Any disrespectful, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may result in refusal or immediate termination of service. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and we may decline future bookings.

Not Medical Treatment

Our services are not a substitute for medical care. We do not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatments. Please consult a physician for medical concerns.

5) Payment Terms & Chargebacks

  • Card Processing Fee: A 4% processing fee applies to credit/debit card payments.
  • Completed Services: Once a service has been provided, it is non-refundable. If something feels uncomfortable, please tell your therapist during the session so we can adjust.
  • Chargebacks: If a chargeback is filed for a booking that complies with this policy, we will provide documentation (policy, timestamps, and booking records) to the payment processor.
